Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information BZNSREADY collects through bznsready.com, why, and what you can do about it. BZNSREADY is run by Jad Al Masri, based in Beirut, Lebanon. When this policy says "I" or "me", it means Jad Al Masri as the person responsible for your information.

The short version

  • I collect what you send me through the forms on this site, plus basic information about your visit through cookies and similar tools.
  • I use analytics and advertising tools to measure my ads and improve the site, and ask for your consent where required.
  • I use it to reply to you, run my services and, if you agree, tell you about upcoming workshops.
  • I never sell your information.
  • You can ask me to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing jad@bznsready.com.

What I collect, and why

Contact form and training application

The contact form asks for your name, email, country, the topic you need help with and your message. The 1-on-1 training application asks for your name, email, the package you're interested in and your experience level.

These forms do not save anything on this website. When you press send, they open WhatsApp with a prepared message. Nothing reaches me unless you choose to send that message in WhatsApp. I use it only to reply to you and discuss the service you asked about.

Workshop registration

To register for a workshop, you give me your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, preferred payment method, how you'd like to receive payment details, what best describes you, your business and website (optional), your experience with Meta Ads, how you found the workshop and why you're attending (optional).

This is stored securely in the website's database. I use it to confirm your seat, send payment details, prepare the workshop around the people attending and contact you about the workshop you registered for. Payments are made outside this website, for example by Whish transfer, so this site never collects card or bank details.

If you tick "Sign up for workshop news and updates", I may also send you messages on WhatsApp or by email about future workshops. This is optional and unticked by default.

Workshop notification list

If you join the list to hear about the next workshop, I store your email and, if you give it, your name. I use it only to tell you when new workshop dates open.

Reviews

If you leave a review, I store your name, business (optional), rating and review. I read every review before it appears on the site. If I publish it, I show your first name and the first letter of your surname, never your email.

Booking a call

Booking buttons open my Calendly page in a new tab. The information you enter there is collected by Calendly and handled under Calendly's own privacy policy.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

This site uses tools that automatically collect information about your visit, such as the pages you view, your device and browser, your approximate location and how you arrived on the site:

  • Meta Pixel and Conversions API, which help me measure the results of my ads on Facebook and Instagram and show relevant ads to people who have visited the site.
  • Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads tags, which help me understand how the site is used and measure my Google ads.

When you submit a form or register for a workshop, I may share a scrambled (hashed) version of your email or phone number with Meta and Google, only to measure the results of my ads.

These tools use cookies and similar technologies. Where required, I'll ask for your consent before they run, and you can change your choice at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage your ad preferences in your Facebook and Google account settings.

The website host also keeps basic visit statistics, and the site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads.

Who else handles your information

I use a small number of trusted services to run this site and my work:

  • Lovable, which hosts this website and its database
  • WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to message me
  • Calendly, when you book a call
  • Google Fonts, which provides the site's fonts
  • Meta and Google, for advertising and analytics

These services may process information outside Lebanon. I don't sell or rent your information to anyone, and I don't share it for anyone else's marketing.

How long I keep it

I keep your information only for as long as I need it for the reason you gave it to me, such as running a workshop you registered for, replying to your message or telling you about new workshop dates. If you unsubscribe or ask me to delete your information, I'll remove it. Information collected by Meta and Google tools is kept according to their own policies and your account settings with them.

Your rights

You can ask me to:

  • show you the information I hold about you
  • correct anything that's wrong
  • delete your information
  • stop sending you workshop news or updates

To stop workshop messages, reply STOP on WhatsApp or email me. For anything else, email jad@bznsready.com. I'll reply within 30 days, and it's free.

Children

This site and my services are meant for adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent me their information, email me and I'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If I change how I handle your information, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
